I’ve made many passion fruit cake recipes over the years, as I love passion fruit, but I’ve never made a version paired with white chocolate.
It’s such a wonderful combination, as the white chocolate perfectly balances the freshness of the passion fruit, and these cakes really turned out amazing! They taste super fresh and zesty, with just enough sweetness from the white chocolate to round out the acidity.
I’m also really excited about this summery pastel look, which I think makes the cakes look irresistible.
I hope you’ll have fun making these small treats.
Happy baking <3

For extra guidance while baking, watch my step-by-step video tutorial, where I show you how to make the cake from start to finish:

NOTE: Make the blondie before the other cake insert layers and allow it to set while preparing the remaining layers.
