With orange and chocolate, you really can’t go wrong – they just taste so amazing together!
I love nostalgic baking, and these little cakes remind me of the Danish Toms Orangebarer I used to get as a kid. They’re such a fun combination of rich chocolate and fresh orange, and they’re perfect for a dessert table or as a cute little dessert for a dinner party.
Happy baking <3

Day 1
Brownie with Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate:
- 125 g dark chocolate (54%)
- 90 g butter
- 90 g caster sugar
- 100 g eggs (approx. 2 medium eggs)
- 0.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 35 g milk chocolate (33%)
- a pinch of salt
- Coarsely chop the dark and milk chocolate. Keep the dark and milk chocolate separate.
- Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan. The butter should not be too hot, as this can cause the chocolate to seize. Place the saucepan over low heat and add 90 g of the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
