I’m normally not easily convinced by hyped things, but when I tried Dubai chocolate, it was honestly so good! So I thought it would be fun to make my own version of it as entremet cakes.
And the cakes truly turned out so amazing, with a super smooth chocolate mousse, a snappy chocolate shell resembling Dubai chocolate, lots of pistachio and, of course, kadaif!
I also really love this cake design, which I think makes the cakes look very elegant and dressed up for New Year’s Eve!
So if you’re looking for a super festive dessert that tastes like Dubai chocolate, I think you’re gonna love these cakes.
Happy baking <3

For extra guidance while baking, watch my step-by-step video tutorial, where I show you how to make the cake from start to finish:
Day 1
Milk Chocolate Shell:
- 210 g milk chocolate (33%)
- 10 g neutral oil
- Temper the chocolate and stir in the oil. Transfer the chocolate to a piping bag.
- Pour the chocolate into 8 silicone insert molds, 4 cm in diameter (I have used this Silikomart Petit Fours mold). Fill each mold completely and make sure all the edges are covered with chocolate.
