If you love banana cake, I think you’re going to love this strawberry twist on it!

The result is a lovely, fresh summer cake, with the sweetness of the banana balanced by the bright, fruity flavor of the strawberries. And I just love the pinkish, yellow pastel color palette!

I’ve already made a version with Nutella (you can find the recipe here), which is one of my personal favorites. A different take on banana cake, but just as delicious!
