Do I Need a Lot of Equipment?

No not necessarily! While there are a few essential tools you'll need, such as a tempering bowl/plastic bowl that doesn't retain heat and a thermometer for tempering chocolate, most of the equipment you likely already have in your kitchen - like baking sheets and aluminium pots - will work just fine. As a beginner, you can use what you have to get started, and then gradually upscale your equipment as you progress in your chocolate decorating journey.

Can I Create the Decorations From My Own Kitchen?

Absolutely! All the techniques are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. I've learned everything in my own kitchen, often working with less than 1 meter of space, and all of the course content is recorded right where I create my cakes. You’ll see that it’s entirely possible to craft beautiful decorations using the tools you have on hand, making this a perfect course for home bakers.
